Terms & Return Policy


Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking information.

For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your mobile number and recheck the address during the checkout process.

Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.

We are not responsible for shipping times so do not offer refunds because an order arrived later than expected.

We do not offer refunds if the carrier shows that your items have been delivered successfully.

Sometimes customs house taxes happen, and we are not responsible for it.

The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color and fabric on our page.

Thank you for shopping with Eboni Montsho Ignites. The Exchange Policy is described below:

  1. Returns for store credit ONLY are accepted 14 days from the shipped date.
  2. Contact us at for a return authorization for exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. Please provide your order number and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
  3. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package) if possible. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached.
  4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
  5. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
  6. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.
  7. Exchanges are not permitted for returns outside the U.S. territories.
  8. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
  9. Eboni Montsho Ignites is not liable for return shipping fees.
  10. We apologize, Eboni Montsho Ignites does not provide refunds.
